I went to Emerald Villas Apartments in Orlando because I was told that this place was income based and that they had senior apartments, The place is really nice but when talking to Nancy I was informed by Nancy that you must have a job in addition to my Social Security in order to qualify. This is the first time that I had heard this. I would really like to know if this is your developments policy. I'm 64 and this is the first time I have heard anything like this. My daughter told me to contact the State Agency on Aging about programs and requirements but I would rather hear from someone in Management if possible thank you

I love this place. It’s nice and affordable. I also would like to thank Miriam for her assistance in helping me tidy up my bathroom. She was very nice. The only negative is the new staff lady. I contacted management about a separate issue but never heard anything back so that is another negative. It’s unprofessional for management not to address concerns when brought to their attention which left me no other choice but to write this review. I called the corporate office a few weeks ago, left a voicemail, and even sent an email. I never heard anything back. I called again a couple more times today and it seems no one even works there. The phone just rings and goes to voicemail. My main issue is the fact that I went to the leasing office yesterday, sat and waited, and no one offered any assistance. When I walked in, two new staff members were there, one being the lady that I have my issue with. They both were occupied with other persons. However, the lady had finished assisting the person she was with but never came to help me. Instead, I went to her. I found this behavior rude and uncalled for. I don’t know if she knew of my called to the corporate office but being petty like that is still unprofessional. Not to mentioned, I walked in one day without my mask and she made a big deal about it. However, a couple days after that, I went to the leasing office again and I see two ladies in the waiting area without a mask and this same lady was there. To make matters worse, half the staff don’t even wear a mask. Seems like she is discriminating against certain people and that is not right.

They do background check you can't have no evictions misdemeanors are okay no felonies and you have to make twice the rent and you need the deposit and first month's rent but the office will be open in the morning at 10 a.m. you can call them then
