Great customer service and the staff Was very polite! Mrs hilda and brianda were so informative. The prices are very fair compared to a rising cost of living in the city. Apartments of 1- 3 bedrooms and can tell they are putting in the work because they will soon open a new pool area which makes them the only apartments with that feature in the area.

If I could rate this complex a 0 I honestly would. I had such a horrible experience. I applied simply online and after days of not hearing back I text the number provided to me by Amaya at the office. She simply replied “you were denied, sorry”. She would not tell me why, and even said “we don’t know why you were denied since a 3rd party company made the decision”. I asked for corporate and she said there isn’t a corporate office. I came into the office to get the copy of my denial letter and was given such a hard time and honestly was made to feel like an unwelcome criminal. The office manager finally came out from behind a makeshift desk and rudely said “we don’t make the choice to deny”. The letter given to me simply said I was denied for my background. It’s so bizarre because I have never been convicted of a crime. Ultimately they told me I can’t dispute it and that it’s final. It was a waste of time, energy and money. The lack of professionalism and customer service is honestly appalling. I would never recommend this company or anyone of their sister properties. I feel sorry for the residents that are locked into leases with such a company.

I recently moved to Orlando from Chicago. Crime is terrible in Chicago, Orlando on the lake is not bad at all considering I am from the South side. I have been a tenant here since January 2019 I have not had any issue here with the property manager Ashlee. She is really sweet she made sure my work orders are completed. I haven't had any issue with crime here my building is pretty quite. The tall skinny guy maintenance always ask me if my apartment is okay. Betsie is really nice. They things that they are doing to the property is very beneficial it is giving more value to the property and makes since of the sudden changes to the rent when renewed. I give this property 10 stars

I have to give credit where credit is due. I have resided here for two years going on my 3rd lease. Kim & Diane do an amazing job at managing the property. Sinced I moved in it is now a gated community. If I need maintenance on anything they are quick to have someone come out immediately. This is a nice affordable place and big rooms. Hence the reason I am signing on for another year. My neighbors are very friendly. ....this is home. :)
