Pros and Cons Pros ⭐️ Richard (Phlebotomist) is great, he is the main person that provides me service -- He makes the experience extremely pleasant, is very welcoming and kind ⭐️ * The Lab is always clean and organized. * Service is provided for the most part pretty quickly. Cons - No waiting list on the screen or being able to speak to someone is something that should be applied/added. - After an unfortunate communication issue with another worker - I still decided to go back the following day because I chose not to inconvenience myself and i could have also handled it differently. I understand we all have our days... Plus before this I never had any issues--- With that being said, Please keep in mind-- If you know you are going to deliver bad news to a patient please deliver it in a more pleasant manner; Especially when you are about to tell them you can't provide service due to the time schedule and etc after a 1.5 hour wait (i am sure you'd be pretty frustrated too)
