I have taking my dogs too several other places and for some reason or another I wasn't happy. I saw the posting for the Pet Starr dog salon and it had a lot of good reviews so I decided to give them a try. That was about 8 months ago. I have two small dogs that can be a handful sometimes and they're always very patient and very caring for my dogs. In addition they do a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend this place for anybody looking for a compassionate caring excellent dog salon!

We have a 75lb golden doodle named Rocket! My wife likes to keep his hair on the long. Most groomers that we tried in the past have expressed reluctance or immediately stated that he’s going to need to be a shave. We got the sense that they only wanted the easy dogs and didn’t want the hassle. We tried about 6 groomers in the area without success. It was only when we met Cassandra at Pet Star that we knew that we had a winner. And after 5 grooming appts or so, we can undoubtedly confirm that she’s an excellent choice for anyone looking for a groomer. She highly attentive and takes great pride in her work. In short, she’s a joy to work with. ps Rocket also loves her too!:)

Today they lost royal customer Girl who always took care of my dog moved away and today for the first time and it definitely be last time someone new took care of my dog if you can call it she called me twice to say that there’s no way she can come my dogs hair and age have to totally shave it Really She didn’t cut just trim my dogs nails and now they still long but now they also sharp She cut my dogs ear but start telling me that my dog hit her ear in the crate , it is so obvious that it was cut and it’s left over of blood that my dog still got on her ear Really When I use to pick up my dog after grooming she loved to play with girl who groomed her and today she was so afraid of girl who took care of her And in conclusion she charged me extra $17 for making my dog look like sh…. And making her bleed No more newer coming back again and won’t recommend to anyone

Cassandra always does such a great job grooming my Goldendoodle! She is so patient with him, and really takes the time to make each and every haircut PERFECT! She is the absolute best!!
