It would really be helpful if Colony cove would update their sales list. The two homes listed for sale have been sold for months!!! What they do to keep outsiders out is to make sure homes getting ready to sell are given a heads up to current residents to try to sell to family connections. I feel that they're real estate practices are devious!! Beware! The real estate listing haven't been updated for at l east 18 months or more.

Nice amenities at this park. Docks are nice and convenient. Friendly residents and super helpful staff. Community building has activities and is outfitted with pool table, gaming tables, etc etc.

Sane?
No it's not an RV park
I do know of a 2 bedroom, 2 bath house that might be available for that time period. Please send me an email and I'll give it to the landlord.
Yes but only for 55 or older.
There are apartments for rent. $1400 per month. There is one home$1700 per month. 55 plus community
I believe it's. about 1200
Yes
The lots or $40,000 and up I believe you do not have to own a lot Buy mobile home without a share you just pay rent which is 500 roughly $10 a month everything is furnished cable television water garbage Lawn Service Road taken care of all the utilities and here you get within that $510 a month depends on your age if you want to buy a share or not
Yes. A set lot rent if you buy the home only. If the home and lot "share" is purchased the lot rent is greatly reduced. And a once a year pass through fee. This park has the best all around bang for the money.
One person in the home must be 55.. We can only rent here for 4 months per year. Colony Cove is NOT a rental park it is a Co-op
I believe there is but you should probably call him to find out
Don't know. Would have to call Colony Cove. They only have two or three cottages that they rent seasonal. Don't know how much they charge
I think they have rentals for snowbirds only. You would have to call the Mobile Home Park for more information
55+ Community. The office has more info.
