Wouldn't buy here again if I had known sea wall was falling in and only response from when it will be fixed is they don't know when they will fix it been 7 months since moving in still nothing... If it weren't for that rating would be 5 stars... Neighbors are great and friendly

Anytime I visit, residents are friendly, community is always well kept and working with the ladies in the office is always a pleasant experience. My husband and I also have personal friends that live here as well so we are in the area often.

Nice community based 55+ living with activities and events for the snowbirds season. Convient to downtown and Hwy 54 business district. Great neighbors that look out for one another and help keep their community looking good. Management is very helpful and appreciate their community and it reflects on the appearance of Harbor View.

Lot rent ranges differently on where the property is located.
I know they allow dogs because my sister has a small dog and her neighbor has a large dog. Call on Monday or go by the clubhouse and look at the list about the rentals.

This place is awful. You have to be dead to live here. Not to mention you pay very high lot rent 661 monthly for a water view not to mention the ground is eroding and the home's are ready to fall in . Some of the home's have rat's running in and out from underneath the homes . And management does absolutely nothing. Would recommend no one to live there
