Had a script from doc for back brace for a fractured vertebrae. Clerk asked if I had appointment. I said no, showed her the paper and she said we didn't need appt because of the break. She said we would have to come back later cause they were going to lunch. Naturally we never went back.

This place was awesome. Had brace ready for me. No problem with insurance like the other place who wanted cash up front and for me to submit to insurance. In and out in about 20 minutes

It has been a nightmare dealing with this establishment. Whatever scheduling program they use in conjunction with whoever does the scheduling is absolutely horrible. They’ve called an hour prior the day of TWICE to cancel appointments, or we show up and there’s no appointment in the system, they’ve ordered the wrong prosthetic, the doctor is out of town the day of an appointment, etc! I have never experienced anything similar anywhere else (one bad experience ok, twice maybe, but to have a place REPEATEDLY provide service this way is uncalled for). I am extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with them. I really hope something can be done.

The worst clinic ever, we've been waiting and waiting and waiting then we get the appt and so we take the day off work and they call 1 hour before the appt tell us they can't make it today.. is there only one person that is In charge here? Ridiculous

Your probably pushing air thru the hole in the bottom, readjust your fit or sleeve. They call it pistoning, when you move up and down in your prosthetic.
