The manager was great 👍 I ordered a bow tie but was suppose to have a long tie and he got me one. When returning all 7 tuxedos he came out and helped carry them in. Great manager and person!

This store is impressively bad. Maria is the only soul there who knows anything about her job. Most of the other employees are at best useless and at worst rude and totally incompetent. They messed up 3 out of 5 alterations for my bridal party! Do not get your clothes altered with them, they don't have a clue about that either. Go to another alteration shop. I can't stress enough that you should find any other company than this one to get clothes for your wedding/special event. They do not care about you nor do they take pride in their work.

I was in line at the cash register and Mya helped the person in front of me. After helping this customer, she did not return the counter to assist me. She, instead, ambled around the store moving out of place items on clothing racks. During this time we had multiple episodes of eye contact, however she continued to move clothing from one rack to another directly next to me without assisting me. She then approached another customer who enter the store after I was already in line. Helping this customer required her to come back up to the counter, she stood at the cash register directly in front of me (not even 2 feet away). She did not make eye contact with me or acknowledged my presence. I had to ask to purchase my items and stated that I had been waiting for 15 minutes. She proceeded to say “I’m sorry” in a very condescending and passive aggressive tone. She offered no other apologies but continued to be passive aggressive and rude via her demeanor and comments as was walking out of the door. I asked to speak to manager who completely dismissed my concerns and disregarded my poor customer service experience. After speaking with the manager, as I was leaving for the second time, Mya yelled “have a great day” in an overly patronizing manner. The manager witness this display and still offered nothing to correct or improve my experience at Mens Warehouse.

Yes they have a great tailoring program. If you tell them it's a rush job, they may even be able to do it same day
I don't know, but I suppose they could order one for you. I have ordered a number of taylor made suits and various other items and they were able to special order items I requested. Generally they are quite helpful, but lately there's been a major turnover and things aren't going as well as it has previously.
