The store fronts are amazing… but I do not recommend ordering anything online. I’ve been having an issue getting my order and when I called they told me they have been having issues with the warehouse. Unfortunately, no one reached out to me about this. The customer service rep was incredibly helpful and very professional. I will still shop at the store front because the staff are incredible. But I don’t think I will be ordering from the website.

Due to the service that received by one of the employees. I will not do business here again. Needs some customer service skills. I asked for a specific item and he said oh its over there on that wall (pointing) ask for a certain type ammo he said if it's not there on the shelf then we ain't point it out yet! Who speaks to a paying customer like that.

I’ve used the Gainesville shop many times over the past few years. Mostly for transfers but I always try to purchase a few items while I’m there. I’m not an easy transfer customer, as I call back several times a day to see if my transfer has arrived. I show up when I get the delivery confirmation even though nobody has called me. But they do a great job with customer service especially Jose. He never made me feel like I should’ve waited for a call. While I waited for the background check he was knowledgeable about the different pistols and rifles they had as he tried to educate me on a few. It’s a tough location for a firearms dealer. They get the full range of clientele. Some of them have walked with their friends all the way from their apartments some get off the bus and some drive. They treated them all with respect and good service showing appreciation for them stopping by. That’s a good reason to spend a little (or a lot) of money here because we need more business like this. Thanks Jose for the excellent customer service.

A great place!! The Customer service here is outstanding, Denny was a real pleasure to speak with. He was experienced and has a very impressive background and wealth of knowledge. It was a great time there!
