We go to Rural King for great prices on certain items. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and always stocked for the items that we are looking for.

Great prices on pet food and just about anything. Similar to a Southern walmart without perishible grocery items..but better. My dogs' favorite place to go! She always has to visit the bunnies first. Workers are friendly. Try the jarred spiced peaches and always, the free popcorn!

A male employee walked us out to our car with our purchase. My mom has alzheimers and he said he worked in a retirement home for a year and then proceeded to treat my mom like the queen she is. After he left she said we have always enjoyed him! (It was our first time to this store). Thanks for such special attention! What a great store with great employees!

We bought 12 chicks from here 2 years ago, thinking half would probably die. The guy helping us threw in an extra 2 by mistake, so we got 14 🤗 ALL of them thrived, of it wasn't for a neighbors loose dogs, that killed one...and two more died after the first year from unknown chicken things. But the babies were healthy as could be, and it is so tempting every time I visit the store to expand our flock with some turkeys or ducks...or some other breeds of chickens! We also were lucky that one of our little guys was a rooster 🐓 he is very protective of his flock.
Why doesn't Royal King still have Vets available for our fur babies. This was so helpful, affordable plus close to purchase my animals needs. Please bring it back...❤❤
