The east location is a complete scam. They will insist you to join their monthly plan ensuring through this all the cost for vists and vaccines come with it. They lied. Every time I went in it was always, " Oh this vaccine isn't apart of the plan." What was the point of even spending that huge amount of money when ot amounted to nothing. No matter what they will try to get money out of you when you vist even if you are a member. I left this place to go to Banfield who actually upholds their membership claims when it comes to their vaccine everything is already paid for if you are paying monthly. Do not go to Gainesville Animal Hospital East unless you are willing to get scammed.

Love it here! The staff are super friendly and help explain everything. My dog had to get an eye surgery and Dr. Sujdak talked me through it all + helped with aftercare, u definitely trust them!
