Dr. Sudjak (Gainesville Animal Hospital East) is a great vet. Their wait times can be long and there are no call-ahead appointments. I suggest going early in the morning. The UF veternary hospital has more resources but you will need to go through students and potentially a large vet bill.
Gainesville Animal Hospital is a long established and highly professional vet practice. A few locations around Alachua County. I have had pets cared for at East location for over 15 years
