Ordered a 2022 Ipad and the day of expected delivery, after sitting in her mail van for a suspicious 90 seconds, the woman delivering my package walked up to my front door while I was not home and put the item’s delivery status in the system as: “Could Not Access Delivery Location.” (Even though she found the front door). She then promptly turned around with a $700 dollar electronic device and went back to her mail van after sitting in it for another peculiar 30 seconds before leaving. This Post Office sucks. Do not, I repeat, Do not use this place as your carrier.

The customer service here is great. These clerks have to deal with all kinds of people all day every day. I saw a woman ranting and raving this morning about her "lost" documents while on the phone trying to cause a scene. The supervisor who I believe was named Don showed her proof that her package was accepted by the clerk. She changed her tone after that. Just wanted to say thanks to the staff for putting up with the Karens of the world!

I have important docs for employment.. with sensitive information and 30 hours of professional workshops certifications that I may to do over. These workers at this location misplaced it. I even paid to have for certified mail delivered and to have it tracked and according to the cust Serve phone rep this location didn’t even scan it. There’s a possibility that my sensitive info documents are lost and may not be able to be tracked. The Feds should investigate this branch. They are reckless and may be stealing personal information. I will go in person and talk to a supervisor.. then post a follow up. What a f—ng nightmare. Avoid this location like the plague. Don’t trust them with your mail n personal information.

go to clearwater passport office. its 15 minutes at and much faster. The post office may do it, but they will mail the paperwork to clearwater.
