I did served US forces in Afghanistan for 5 year. I am an Afghan American. When it comes to this office they have to take serious things serious. I did contact them through email since 2021. Just need a legal immigration evaluation help. They just pushed me like not even human being. I never suffered and cried even losing friends on the battles. When the Emirates take my country the first thing I remember to call Army units ask for any paperwork recommendations to evaluate my family in to one those evaluations flights anywhere in the world to escape the enemies. I saw so many people evacuated without any link. When it comes to your office you have a responsibility with immigration problems. Nothing was important then my family at that time and now. I sent a file certified explain my history why my family is in risk the whole unit that was worried because they know my family is still in Afghanistan. After I was crying for one hour conversation they assured me yes we are here to help. I got nothing back not even please go somewhere else don’t waste the time we can’t do this. Even I live in US I have changed my name and everything on social media to not expose my identity otherwise I was willing to go to news and explain what I see happened to me after I come to a safe house. One year life I had passed I lost my feelings I remember my friends on our duty I shamed to look in to my sisters face that I safe my self you guys deal with my enemies in this case Taliban. I was holding a small office and was dealing with 12000 people everyday I always helped people anywhere I go I still do I never ever used anything financially from any government sources I worked and followed rules. Today I am here to just say this. I hope you be in my situation just for one hour I do pray and believe in korma. I don’t not need help but I will help my community what ever I could effort emotionally financially legally. Thank you for your hard working appreciate your services.

It would always be nice to communicate with our representatives in government. But sometimes we despair, knowing that a particular political "leader" receives money from special interest lobbies. We want to believe; nobody prefers cynicism over trust, despair over hope, dismissiveness over intent listening. But how does one compose a letter or other communication about environmental concerns when one knows that the politician receives campaign funds from the fossil fuels industries? How does one maintain faith that the "leader" is really receptive to practical solutions on the plague of firearms violence in the United States when he or she knows full well that the "leader" receives money from the gun lobby and an A+ rating from the gun lobby. We are told that we ought to communicate with our leaders, but it is despairing when we have to reflect that a particular "leader" is quite hidebound in his thinking, bought, and believes a worldwide pandemic is a "Democrat hoax" because his Dear Leader told him so. How do we maintain hope in such a circumstance? God save this tired, jaded, increasingly radicalized, hopelessness-striken nation!!

I'm 60 years old ,in poor health. Called to get help with a social security case .They never called me back. Finally got a person ,they pushed me aside ,did not want to be bothered, were no help ,did not even try to help me .Worthless office ,staff ,poor to none leadership .
