This place is so horrible and so disorganized!!! Worst doctors office I've ever been to. The nurse practitioner Roanna Eggert is horrible and not efficient had to go for my blood work numerous times because she didn't order it correctly the first time. Was told they didn't have my blood work paperwork in office when they did and would not give me a copy of my any of my medical papers I am sked for. Every time I have an appointment I'm asked to wait an extra hour or more. Very unprofessional and dissorganised . Worth driving further out to have a good doctor's office.

I'm only rating this place to comment. I have been with this facility since 2016. I thought that going to a place consistently over the years would mean something, but apparently it doesn't. I had a car accident in 2017 & months later 2018. I have been to this place many times for back pain. A new doctor, Roanna Eggert was seeing me for the 1st time. My original reason for coming was for form completion for work. Instead I couldn't do that since this was my 1st time seeing Dr. Eggert. However, if I told you have had back pain for 3 weeks now, I would expect you to offer steroids, cream, or some type of medicine that would help relieve my pain. Instead, I had to ask for these things. I asked for ALL of my care this day & her prejudgment of me showed how she truly felt about me. I will no longer subject myself to be belittled anymore at this facility. This is the last time I will let a doctor disrespect me or judge me.

I would normally give the a 5 star rating if it was only about the actual care during a visit, but when you need to contact them for other issues like incorrect prescriptions or questions you need answered, you can't get hold of them. The phone system is horrendous and puts you on hold forever. Then, if you do actually get in line and they call you back, you tend to be put on hold again and no one ever picks back up to actually help you. You cannot contact the actual facility you need directly. So, you're just stuck unless you want to try and drive over there again and walik in. I live 40 miles away, so that's a major issue. i thought the name change was something to do with new management or something, but evidently not as nothing had improved at all.

Google made me give it a star, only reason it got 1. Horrible, unprofessional. Verified insurance 3 times ( once to schedule appointment, another 3 days before online with prescreen and again upon arrival to appointment)before waiting 2 hours past my appointment time and being told they don't accept my insurance but I could pay full price if I want or do a slide scale which I don't qualify for. Complete waste of time. She seemed more interested in her text messages than wasting my time I took off work for. I don't recommend to anyone. Never made it to the seat if this is how it goes there I can only imagine the genius holding the sharp tools in my moith

Yes they just built a new facility next to the health center
Yes we do.
CHCP providers understand the needs of our patients and work with them to create a healthier life.
Call
Leave your number for a call back. It gives you that option. Someone will call you back. Just make sure you are by your phone. Thats how I've got in contact everytime I've called there.
Next time you are in the building, as the staff to email you an invitation.
We do take walk-ins, however, the availability will depend on the location's schedule for the day.
They have a sliding scale. Go to the office or call. Personally I would go in and talk to someone because calling puts you in their call center.
Yes we offer many forms of birth control with our Family Planning Services. Our Family Planning Services are offered at our Clearwater, Johnnie Ruth Clarke, Pinellas Park, Bay Front, and Tarpon Springs locations.
If you currently have health ins its what your co pay is...if no ins there is a sliding fee scale based upon income..
Unfortunately, you can not call the individual office (Community Health Center of Tarpon Springs)... Only the main office. In my experience it is easy to make an appointment over the phone, but referrals, prescriptions, refills, etc., need to acquired in person via an appointment.
It is the worst and with their policy of scheduling only 2 weeks out it is nearly impossible to get an appt.
