Great experience and reputable dealership! I had the pleasure of working with Mack Gange. He worked with me from the date I was able to order my Ford Lightning and kept me up-to-date on its progress from production through delivery. I have only great things to say about my experience. My Lightning was prepped and detailed when I arrived. The purchase process was seamless. Unlike many dealerships that make you sit for hours while they pitch random warranties and services, I was in and out in probably less than an hour with all of the paperwork filled out in advance. I would absolutely buy another car from them.

Dan (Servicer Greeter) and Angelo my Service Advisor did an excellent job. Dan greets you with a smile and swiftly gets you to the service desk were Angelo took over. Angelo was very concise and helpful with the service needs and kept me up to date on the work in progress. I did have a question about the vehicle that I needed addressed. I purchased the vehicle at Karl Flammer and Neal, Sales Manager was very helpful and went the extra mile to answer my questions and concerns. Very good experience yet again at Karl Flammer Ford!

I took my 2021 Ford f350 platinum in Wednesday for a full service oil change and tire rotation they had my truck for 9 hrs when I pick my truck up Christian handed me paperwork saying all services were done and the tire rotation was completed as well I walk out to my truck and my tires were never rotated I asked Christian what’s going on and he told me that my stock tires and rims have different tread patterns and you cannot rotate my tires on my truck…. Which does not make sense to me at all because they’re the exact same tires front and rear. Then I get home and there is a puddle of oil underneath my truck. Very disappointed and unhappy with the dealership and the work that was performed on my truck the only time I’m going back to the dealership is to file a complaint. I highly recommend everybody stays clear of this dealership.

The service and parts department are outstanding. I dealt with Dale K., the service advisor and lady at parts department ( sorry couldn't remember the name), both went above and beyond to assist. I been there 4 times for various services, from Tire replacement on my wife's SUV to installation for off road rims/tires and leveling kit on my truck, Dale's work ethics exceptional. Highly recommend to see Dale.

With proper proof of ownership of the vehicle, the dealer should be able to obtain your key code from Ford and have a key cut and programmed.
Not sure if they do. Just used the service department which had great service.
Call Karl Klammer Ford and ask for the General Manager or The HR division. They will help you.
