Unfortunately, you can not call the individual office (Community Health Center of Tarpon Springs)... Only the main office. In my experience it is easy to make an appointment over the phone, but referrals, prescriptions, refills, etc., need to acquired in person via an appointment.
They have a central number that handles all of the centers but they are pretty helpful
