I believe this is a 2017 F150 recall item. I had Kendall of Anchorage do the work and they ended up cracking the window in the process, also they refused to repair the window that they had broken.
Windshields are typically not an item covered under the standard manufacturer's warranty. If you bought an aftermarket protection product from the dealership at the time of the purchase of your vehicle, such as crystal fusion, then the windshield could be under a separate and specific warranty. It would be best to contact Either your salesperson, or the service department directly.
How much are oil changes on a 4x4 ? That are the shop rates to do work
Typically they need some sort of verification of ownership. A registration, title, etc. and some form of ID. Furthermore, most modern vehicles require the key to be programmed to the vehicle....so they would need the vehicle or access to it. Kendall Ford is fantastic but for your situation you might try a mobile locksmith.
