I believe so
They got to do back round check and paper work a bit and they sometimes don't believe you are of need to stay there. It took me and my small family almost 1 and half to convince them that it's very needed for us to stay. They can be manipulative if given wrong attitude. Also if you do stay and get things done as needed after the month of stay or extended they have a grant that would help enormously. Also people steal food. Since there isn't any cameras in the lunch room.
