I enjoyed my stay here until I have water meter issue. Office is not helping or responding and it has been 5 months. Instead they decide to raise the rent by 50%.

Lovely grounds and a great location, just a couple minutes from the hustle and bustle of Burlington! I moved to this property without seeing it first (risk taker) and was pleasantly surprised. I have an updated apartment with nice finishes. Edit: update for 2022! Management has gone wild with rental increases. Mine went up over $300 and they say it’s because of Covid (??) and also because my building has an elevator. Sorry? The elevator hasn’t been inspected since November of last year and my rent has gone up steadily despite Covid. Also, paper thin walls and lots of water leaks/damage. Bad wiring too — the wiring in my bedroom shorted out and I overheard the electrician saying the building was wired terribly. You can’t find a parking spot if you get home after 7 PM (even if you pay for one). The list goes on. It’s sad what they’re doing to good tenants and I unfortunately have to move next year.

I feel very comfortable. I like the facilities and the amenities. The apartment is spacious and very good acoustics. The lobby and hallway are clean but cold, because the door of the parking lot in the basement and the middle door are kept open.
