The pizza was mostly dough. Very little sausage and pepperoni. They charge a large delivery fee that the driver said he does not get. No more Papa Johns for our family.

This place is horrible. We ordered a pizza over an hour ago. It was simple. Pepperoni pizza. Arrived cold. Like it came out of the fridge cold. We live 2 streets down the way. Horrible customer service. We still had to pay over $20 for a large pizza. It was not a game night. Ridiculous! No reason why no one wants to fix this problem, even up to corporate level! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR COLD PIZZA. We ordered at 4:30pm. Not peak hours. Think twice before ordering

The most overrated Pizza, it was expensive and we could not eat it was horrible. My family and I would never visit that location or any other Papa John's.
The disadvantage of living in a small town like Dallas and Fort Worth. Haha if you live in New York City or Las Vegas it's 24-7 everything
