The service was friendly for sure. Waited in line for 20+ minutes and I got there at 8:25am. Felt like the guy was trying to upsell everything to me honestly.. Got the tire rotation (with the 20% off deal through Groupon) however not noted on the invoice was how tires were rotated.

I highly recommend Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Josey. They have always been honest with me. Their prices are fair. The employees have always been kind and courtious. Their location is perfect for repeat customers in th Carrollton area.

The maintenance was okay, but they were not very organized. I told them I wanted my tires rotated and my oil changed. They forgot about my tires, they seemed annoyed and rushed me to a room so they could work on that. After I paid, I was not given a receipt and nothing was said to me but to leave after a while. I explained that I needed my paperwork. Then I turn on my car, the maintenance lights are still on. I pulled up, I was then asked to move around the building, the guy did not know how to do this. He said it would take a while to go through, but nope. It’s still on. I felt rushed and like a nuisance for even being there.

Rebekah and Avanti are outstanding service members as well as the whole team. It was nice to see the down under area take safety precautions by wearing a face screen and gloves. Safety is #1 to a team. Very welcoming, chill and professional oil change place. This is one of the only places where you can bring your own oil and filter and bring it to get your car serviced. Also one of the few placed you remain in your vehicle. 10/10.
