The review is not about the food, the food is good regardless of the location. They are good for that. But the customer service at this location is terrible. The people who are handling the customers are in need of some serious training. They are rude, showing attitude to the customers. Doing exactly opposite you are supposed to do in a job that REQUIRES good communication with the customers. Specifically, the comparatively skinnier Asian lady who was working today (29th July, 2022, Wednesday, 2:30 pm). With this attitude, you better find some C-class executive job or something of this sort where you don’t have to interact with regular people like us (aka customers). A bakery or pastry shop is not suited to you attitude. You are giving the shop and the customers a bad taste.

I bought chocolate cake Sunday morning. Taste like nail remover , perfume my family and guest said . I love Strawberry short cake . That's my family event cake. But this chocolate cake every body very disappointed and ruined for graduation party . Hope just mistake recipe.

Called days in advance for a birthday cake. They Spelled the name wrong and employees were extremely rude about it. Plano is the only location apparently where all the cakes come from (baked and decorated here), I would not order from Carrollton. They ended up taking off the name chocolate that was spelled incorrectly, and added a generic one that now looks really messy. Customer service isn’t good.

Only reason I give it a four, was that the restroom had very wet floors I could of slip. Other then that very cute bakery like my thai tea.
