The place is pretty good overall, the main things you need to know is they first give you a quote for how much they will charge for labor and then at the end they will tell you the price of the part+tax added on to the labor cost. The main good thing about this business is the quality customer service as they are very quick and friendly, and in my experience the quoted times they give are very accurate and they often finish before the time given.

Customer service was great and professional! Had my HP Laptop battery replaced today. The owner Phillip was courteous, considerate and helpful with advices. One thing is that the battery take like a week to order (I expect it should come at least in 2-3 days, don’t know why it takes that long), but he did called to remind me come and had the laptop repair. Fix in less than 15 mins! Will come here again for future repairs 😃

Great customer service. Fixed my phone in one day literally! Even though I found another issue with my speaker the day after, they took it in immediately to fix it as part of the 30 say warrantee. Easy and down to earth people to speak to, fixes were quick, business was done fast, even technic things I didn't understand they made an effort to explain to me so that I could be more knowledgeable about my own phone. The people who work here seem to actually enjoy their job, which transmits positive energy to customers who come to ask for help. Also, proving was decent compared to others and they spoke fluent English, which is sometimes hard to find in stores in this neighborhood.
