PUBLIC NOTICE This public notice is being placed due to the willful negligence of the Orange County Comptroller's Office, administered by Philllip Diamond, refusing to file / record a simple affidavit, for unlawful / illegal reasons. A notarized affidavit was attempted to be file at the 109 East Church Street location, Downtown Orlando on October 13, 2021. I was met by utter resistance from Deborah Bradley, said 'Coordinator' for that office. Ms. Bradley gave no lawful / legal reason for her refusal to file / record the affidavit. Therefore, I am forced to post my lawful affidavit as Public Notice for the permanent record. Phillip Diamond's administration, as the ORANGE COUNTY COMPTROLLER, has been hereby placed at full liability for fraud and denial of a public service for the people by U.S.C. Title 18, Section 245. Notice has been sent / mailed to proper parties of interest for the STATE OF FLORIDA and I await lawful remedy / recourse for my personal injuries by willful negligence and conspiracy conducted against myself, and all other Al Moroccans, by all involved parties operating through CITY OF ORLANDO, ORANGE COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA. Date: November 16, 2021 In response to the recent deceitful post by an unidentified persons from the ORANGE COUNTY COMPTROLLER'S OFFICE, DOWNTOWN ORLANDO, STATE OF FLORIDA, the supreme law of the land has already been fortified by the Constitution for the united States of America Republic. Either read it, understand it fully, and act upon it sincerely for the people, or go home... there is no Florida State Statutes that supersede the mother constitution (Amendment IX - Rights Reserved to the people...)... on the contrary, your statement is "notwithstanding," (Article VI clause) as is any State Statute that is not in complete harmony with the mother constitution for this land... nice try... we have no 'time' for frauds and their disingenuous attempts to deceive people. Either perform your fiduciary duty by recording the natural people's lawful documents, or step down and go home. Your fraud was never welcomed here...

Very bad phone system. after waiting for 10 minuets for foreclosures clerk the phone gets disconnected. I tried several times and same thing happened.
