My children and I have lived here for almost a year (I just renewed my lease!) and I love it! The location is so close to the all the shops and restaurants yet still feels quiet and peaceful. Management is also fantastic. They are quick to respond to messages and get things taken care of very quickly. Dogs are welcomed with open arms. There is a small dog park in the complex as well as a playground with a dog park a short walk away. The pool area is always well maintained and so is the gym. I can’t say enough good things!

I rented my apartment online and Que was awesome! She helped me with the entire process. I love the fact that it's only 2 people that work here. It's a small quite community and maintenance fixs repairs within a day! I also like that everything I need is within a 10 min. Walk.

This is a great place to live in. It is very quiet, and the rent is affordable. The apartments are a little dated, but they are very well maintained. During the time I lived here, I had a few minor maintenance requests and they were all taken care of immediately, which is all one can ask for. Management is great, always making sure your needs are met. The location is perfect! The only reason we moved out was because we needed a third bedroom for our growing family. Overall I’d recommend this place to anyone.

I have been living at Lakeland Landing well over a year now and it has been a great experience. The apartments themselves are a little older, but extremely well maintained. The grounds are well manicured, with a large dog run as well as a nice park with a large play set for kids. The dog run and kids play area are on opposite sides of the park - a thoughtful arrangement for kids or dogs that are easily frightened. There is a nice pool with a grill area at the complex main office as well as a modest but well equipped work out room. The apartments are located close to Lakeland Square mall, good grocery stores and restaurants. The Polk County Sheriff's substation is on the other side of the fence! Management at an apartment complex makes all the difference and the management here is A+. Q, the manager, is as friendly and goes out of the way to make sure the apartment is up to standards. She regularly asks if I have any maintenance needs whenever I go into the office. When large parcels come that are too big for the mail boxes, she has sent texts to let me know they have arrived. Keith, the head of maintenance is also excellent. The few problems I have had have always been fixed the same day the ticket was put in. The rent is reasonable for what you get. I moved here from another apartment that charged more. Lakeland Landing apartments have ceiling fans and lights in every room, which my former apartment did not. Secondly, I've never had to wait for the maintenance issues I've had. Again, not the case at other apartments. Also, rules are enforced fairly and clearly. For example, recently handicapped parking spaces were being misused. Q sent out a text to all residents reminding us about the rules and the problem stopped. Lakeland Landing is an excellent complex. I highly recommend you check it out if you are looking for a good apartment in North Lakeland.

There are several ways that you can pay your rent. · Pay with a personal check (after initial move in) , cashier’s check or money order · Pay with a credit or debit card online through our online resident portal *This option does cost a small convenience fee. · Pay with a check online through our online resident portal. *This option does NOT cost a convenience fee if you setup a reoccurring payment.
Your pro-rated rent amount is due before your take possession of the property. Personal checks will not be accepted during your move in. Pro- Rate rent during your initial move in will need to be submitted by certified funds (i.e. Cashiers check or Money order). Going forward rent will be due on the 1st of each month. If rent is not paid as of the 4th day of each month a $100 late fee is charged. If a rent payment is returned for any reason, a $50 returned check fee is charged along with the late fee.

A non-refundable administrative fee ranging from of $375 to $575 is required within 48 hours of your application being approved. Yes, co-signers/ guarantors are allowed. Yes, they will be listed on the lease. No, they cannot be taken off the lease before it expires. They are required to earn five times the amount of rent and they must follow the same application guidelines mentioned above.
Applications are $50.00. The application fee is non-refundable. Anyone 18 years old or older that will be sharing the apartment will be required to apply. We will need a valid state issued i.d. as well as three most recent check stubs or bank stubs to show proof of income from each applicant.
