This is in my top 3 Worst medical facilities. I even brought a state omnibudsmen in with me and he was shocked. This is a very bad place. There are multiple complaints filed. Do not recommend.

I went here for dental emergency work and the dentist was very good he made sure I was completely comfortable which is important to me because I've had very bad experiences with dentist begining work before I was fully numb in the past and when he finished his work he was extremely polite and was helpful with setting up my next appointment. I would highly recommend going here if u needed some emergency dental or routine dental work done they do a fantastic job from booking the appointment to completing the work on your teeth and their customer service is top notch as well!!!! 👍 😁

This review is geared toward the dental side of the clinic. I had a dentist that does not work Mondays, which is the only weekday I have off. I was told that if I want to switch dentists and get somebody who does work Mondays, then I am to speak to the supervisor to arrange that. Well, that would be all fine and good if the lady would actually prioritize returning calls. I have been trying to reach her for as far back as 2 months ago when someone initially left her the first note or whatever that I was trying to reach her about this. I have left messages, I have had various receptionists leave her notes to call me, and nothing. I'm not tryin to miss work if I have a free weekday to schedule appointments. Obviously I am not a priority though, so I will be searching for another dental clinic at this point. On a side note, if you fail to even reach a receptionist, you are now directed to a voicemail box that is full, so you can't leave a message. That is not okay. This applies to both medical and dental.
