Ordered our new Ford Explorer through Awesome Ford. Due to manufacturing parts availability it took longer than projected. Eddie and Jesse kept us up to date with information throughout the vehicle build. When the vehicle arrived they made sure we were able to take our vehicle home promptly! If we had the option of deciding whether or not to order the vehicle knowing the wait time for the car to be built we would do it again. The wait was absolutely worth it! Our vehicle is phenomenal and personalized to all of our needs! Awesome Ford never lets us down. The staff takes great care of us, answers our questions and makes us feel valued/comfortable. We love Awesome Ford and will not go anywhere else for our vehicle needs!

So far so good, I contacted Awesome Ford through the Ford website to order a 2022 Transit. Once contacted the process was simple and easy to get my order placed. I went in and worked with Eddie since Jamie was busy. We went over the build together and changed a few things once we were done I signed the build sheet and was out the door. They said I should expect my van in around 6 months so I will update as things progress. Time for the update as promised, it took about 9 months to get our van but we finally did receive it when I know others that ordered elsewhere did not. Not a lot of communication or updates but everytime I emailed asking a question or wanting an update they quickly responded and got me the information that I was looking for. The actual purchase experience the day of was the easiest I've experienced. If I am ever in the market for another Ford I will definitely go through them and suggest others do the same. I also plan to use the parts and service departments as needed.

Overall, this was the best experience I have had with a car dealership, either personally or second-hand. Kyle, my sales rep, was incredibly responsive and easy to work with throughout the entirety of the process. He was able to have the majority of the paperwork done before I got there and was more than happy to work with me on extra rebates after I had arrived. The trade-in process was seamless and no negotiating was necessary. All prices were up-front, reasonable, and clear. I would definitley recommend Awesome Ford!
