Inconsistent hours and incredibly long wait times. It is faster to go to Springfield, doing all your business, and coming back to WRJ. Don't go to the WRJ DMV unless you are wholly reliant on public transportation and have all day to spend.

These guys are great! I feel like every time I've had to renew my license, registration, etc, they've gone out of their way to figure out how I can get everything resolved. Completely not the stereotypical "DMV".

You can look on the DMV website and if you go to the WRJ Branch, it will have the times for that week in a list.

All calls go through Montpellier. There is no direct line.
You do not need the car but will need the info for it, bill of sale, title. I think you can transfer the plates but not 100% sure on that
Check DMV website. Can't remember right off. It's like Monday, Wednesday and Friday but some days are every other week. Just Google VT DMV and look up the WRJ location.
They're open Monday Tuesday one week Wednesday the following week and they alternate like that for every week.... I believe they have the weekly schedule posted on their front door so you can swing by anytime to look at it or you can also look it up online
7 am to 10am and 2pm to 7pm.
