I would defiantly recommend this store. Long story short my parents had a bit of an issue with a double recliner purchased at the Chehalis WA store and when I called with my concerns 2 employees went above and beyond to help us. I want to thank Tara Watson and Richard for helping us out. These 2 seriously went out of their way . Tara met up with me after work ( on her own time )to get me parts we needed .. Now you just don't find companies that do this. You also don't find amazing employee's like this.. THANKS AGAIN .. YOU GUYS ROCK!!

TOP NOTCH customer service. Stephanie was wonderful and took alot of time helping me find my new mattress. Tara also provided outstanding service as well. Thank you both very much. JR Furniture has a great selection... my next purchase is going to be a sectional.

Good quality fair priceing
Staff are wearing masks, and they are requiring customers to wear masks. The showroom is huge, so social distancing is very easy. I can't speak to the cleaning/sanitation, but we felt very comfortable.
