Incredible location in Downtown Lakeland and an amazing historic building! The lake view units are stunning and there are several amenities included like a pool, laundry room, and gym. The property is extremely well kept up for how old the tower is and it is a quiet, beautiful place to live!

I just moved in and love the apartment. The apartment is nice and the view is awesome! The entire move in process from application to move in was seem less and painless. That was possible because of Latisha the assistant property manager. She was professional, courteous, and genuinely concerned for my move in experience. I would definitely recommend Lake Mirror Tower to anyone looking for an apartment!

I’m leaving this review on behalf of my aunt, who has lived here for over 10 years but does not know how to leave a google review. The building is in a great location and has great character. However, there are MANY issues she’s had since she’s moved in. The rooftop, which was a great place to hang out and get fresh air, was closed down temporarily for repairs. Management said they would be reopening soon, but 4 years have gone by and its still closed off. The elevators are constantly out of order, which means my aunt with bad knees has to walk down several flights of stairs just to exit the building. There used to be a common area downstairs which provided a television, seating area and daily free coffee, but thats been closed off for several years and is available for rent ($) only. Overall, the management is very unresponsive to their tenants needs and the service has gone down over the years, but the rent keeps climbing. If management cared, this could be a great place to live, it would just require a little bit of effort.

I toured this property with latisha . She was awesome... While I was there I was greeted by chris doing an inspection on the apartment I was looking at making sure everything was absolutely perfect and ready for a new tenant. I loved the feel and look of the building overlooking lake mirror. JUST AMAZING.. Chrissy did all my paperwork and I was approved for this property aswell... I CANT BEIVE IT!!!!!. I'm kinda torn between the two just don't know but I swear Broadway real estate is the best.
