The service advisor was great, professional, and very friendly. The master tech was good and very knowledgeable. I love that they send me a video of what is wrong with my car before they called to discuss the price. The only reason why I gave them four stars, was because their price was on the high end. I know the service advisor was trying to help and get me additional discounts. I would go back again and hope next time, they will be a lot more reasonable.

After building and purchasing a 2022 BMW X7 M50i, Bert Smith BMW was great! You need to know that the salesman, CAMERON, was exceptionally great and so friendly! Cameron is the one that made it a great experience..his first impression demeanor is what grabbed our attention! He was not pushy and REALLY knows his products, unlike most other salesmen at other dealers that we spoke to!! Greg Miller took my call to let me know the car was still available so I drove up from Sarasota to meet with him. He was wonderful to work with and showed me all the details the car was capable of.
