If you want to go to a relaxing place in the morning and watched the sun come up this is a beautiful spot. I go there frequently in the mornings.

Nice little park in the bad side of st pete. Watch out for bird poo if you go to viewing deck...don't touch side wood

The center may still hold them but um not the one that does that.
I suggest getting in touch with someone at Westminster Shores or the Bahama Shores neighborhood association. They may point you in the right direction.
