Worst customer service. They changed my flat tire and squeezed some screws on the breaks even though I didn't requested a tune up. A few days later, I realized my break pads keep touching the tire because of that. I kindly ask them to fix that which is supposed to take at most a few minutes but they requested money to fix their own mistake. I recommend you to not shop at this store!!!!

By far my favorite bike shop around town. The people here are friendly and helpful. Their prices are reasonable and their selection of bikes is pretty broad, for both adults and kids. I’ve bought a couple bikes here over the years as well as had a couple repairs done in that time. Their repairs were well done and competitively priced, only a few dollars more than if I had bought the replacement part and installed it myself.

Got Marin 5 bobcat Trail 3 bike picked up here after online order at curated.com. The staff were professional and delivered bike on time when I went to pickup. They have a huge collection of bikes in store. I wish they provided more information about warranty, servicing and stuff since this was my first bike purchase. They just handed over the bike and said you are all set to go!

Friendly staff, large choice of bikes. But beware of the quality of the work of the on site mechanics, and the competency of recommendations. We bought a bike and asked for a matching rear carrier. We got one that doesn't, in fact, fit, as it's too large and now prevents the saddle for lowering all the way. Also, it was shoddily fitted, with bent holders and not horizontal. Updated after the reply from the business: Thank you for the offer! I will come by on the weekend to get it corrected; will post update here when done. Updated after bringing the bike back to the store: Took 15 minutes without any wait time on a Sunday afternoon to get the rack fitted properly. See second picture.
