Best place for everything bike related. Unlike other bike stores in the area (Summit, I’m looking at you) their main goal is not to make the most money off of you but instead to make you happy and get you what you actually need. Great prices, great staff. The mechanics are awesome. I’ve come to the shop broken down in the middle of a ride a few times and they did their best to get me back on the road asap.

bike fitting => bike unfitting I did a basic fitting at Palo Alto Bicycles and have more pain than before. The "fitter" took 1 h to adjust just the seat at the wrong hight, only looked at one side, did not even care about the handle bar position and was almost afraid to change something. I felt like it was his first time doing a fitting with me telling him what to do. I did a lot of reading and fitted my bike myself for 3 hours now, but have 100 bucks less in my pockets. I should have listen to my colleagues, where this store is known to be a rip off.
