This boutique hotel is a gem. Its truly a hotel to stay at in Beverly hills. Located centrally in a safe and great area. Clean , spacious (rooms are newly renovated with own kitchen) Reasonable price. Service is impeccable, way waaaay better than some big hotel chains. Allows either valet or self parking. Cant say thank you enough for the ff. staff, v. friendly and helpful, made our stay even more pleasant. (Sam/Sai of reservations, Damion, Ernesto, Nelson, Gloria) PS. There are some young men staff at the front desk, would recommend to retrain them as they tend to be rudely unhelpful and lazy.

Positive: Front desk was a pleasant experience. The room is amazing and clean. Water pressure is great as well. Parking is a bit tight but awesome! Hotel is in an awesome area, too. Negative: None...

The hotel itself is really nice looking. The waterfalls, koi ponds and greenery throughout the hotel is beautiful. The pool area looks nice as well. The fitness area is small but nice and clean. My only complaints are the very loud people that was in the room next to us and the fact that the bathroom door didn't close at all. It was more than halfway open and wouldn't budge past that due to the bulging area in the floor underneath the door. I let the front desk know upon checking out, but I'm sure that the previous guests in room 611 had to say something or at least housekeeping should have mentioned it.

I stayed 4 days, 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and didn't bother us too much. House keeping came on the third day which was nice coming from all day outing to a clean room. It would have earned a 5th star but the only negative thing I have to say about this place is that there is no baggage help. The elevator takes you to the second floor and from there depending on where your room is at you have to walk up and down stairs with all of your luggage which is OK if you only have a carry on but I had big luggage and it was frustrating. This place is about 20 minutes from all attractions and definitely is better than staying in any other part of LA.
