I was passing by and had the desire for their Fettuccine Alfredo. Problem is, it is always better to pre-order. They get dealt with first. If you're a walk-in, you tend to be last on line. Always pre-order. You get in, and your order is ready.

We decided to order at the store so we can get our pizza faster. Daisy said it will take 30 minutes. So me and my wife went to our car and sat and waited we went back and asked to the store there was another cashier she said it wasn’t in there system I’m but we ordered here not online then another girl came and said it’s not ready but there working on it. So we waited another 30 minutes and finally got our stuff. When we got hole in 15 minutes we opened the boxes and we didn’t order jalapeños on the pepperoni and that was for my daughter. And both pizzas were burned and dry. What lousy service. When we were waiting there other customers were waiting for there pizza and there excuse was we have too many orders. There not organized and they don’t like there job. All there doing in the back is talking about other things instead of paying attention to there work. I told my wife never again will I buy here. Bad management

verify what is needed when picking up a pizza. my husband was sent back because he did not take my card and ID. I am higher risk to covid and should not be going out, but had to enter your store and speak to someone to get my order. Also pizza was cold and hard like it had been sitting for a while. you should offer curbside orders for high risk guests.

I love this location! The staff is always friendly. I use my online profile and have been for the last five years. The local deals and rewards program is so cool. My order is ready at its estimated time without fail. The manager Janet is so kind and always greats myself or my daughters with a smile. Great team here.
