Shelby, the manager, keeps a close watch on everything, campground is kept clean and family oriented. We were on the waiting list for a year and it was well worth it! The people there are very friendly and willing to lend a helping hand.

My father inlaw pays I think around $250ish a month and that's for his camp site and dock rental. He's been up there since 2012.
It is more of a community. Sometimes a camper and carport come up for sale.
