This campground used to be the best in the area. When I was younger it had a waterslide, deep pool and a lake with floats and sand. A few years later and it was completely neglected. The grass was over grown, the bathrooms were not well maintained, the arcade had nothing in it, the golf course wasn’t even useable, the playground was horrible, the fun activities stopped and the pool had a light that was not covered. I know this doesn’t sound good so far but KEEP READING! In 2021 they sold the campground to a new owner who said they fixed campgrounds like ours. So far the progress is great! The pool is fixed and cleaned, there is a soccer net, a basketball net, there is sand in the lake again, they have a bouncy waterslide, a jumping pad and a brand new playground. I’m so happy with this so far! Can’t wait to see what else is in store!!

Management did not seem to care for the fact that when we arrived on a Friday. They assigned us a spot with our camper that had no waste disposal area drainage. Than they moved us to another location, it had no electricity finally they moved us to a location everything was okay nice and quiet location however for all the inconvenience of playing Tic-Tac-Toe we stood a good part of the day they didn't seem to care very much just to say they're sorry even though they are doing a lot of renovations it seems to me that they didn't really care to keep me as a customer no in-house credit offered at all for all. The inconvenience that they caused. When we made the reservation. they never told us on the phone that they had no cable service and yet we pay for full hookup not sure if I will return there again.

Grave yard for campers. That's the only way to really describe the feeling pulling in. Everything is falling apart. Bathrooms were so gross, other camp sites had leaking pipes the puddles of smelly water were everywhere, staff is all young kids who do nothing but sit around. There literally is nothing to do. In the past this was my favorite place. It would be nice if someone bought it back to life and fix it so people would come and enjoy there self. We were very disappointed.

I wish no stars was an option. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I used to camp here as a kid with my parents all the time and remember it being one of the best parts of my childhood. Less then ten years later and this place is now a dump. The entire place has been neglected. The beach the used to be on the lake is now covered in grass and there is a sign that reads 'no swimming'. When we came to check in there was no one around, all doors were locked and when you called the office numbers the answering machines read to you that they were open until 7pm. It was 5. We had to wait around until the emergency number I had called finally called me back and turned out to be maintenance. They instructed us to just go set up and come back to the office in the morning. The water went off early the next morning and was off all day long. We couldn't wash dishes, brush our teeth, shower or refill water bottles. The only thing to do here is go to ththe pool which is closed by 5pm. We also had no fire pit ring when we showed up either and were never given one by the campground. We ended up asking for a refund and leaving. The bathrooms are a wreck and the roads are covered in potholes. There is nothing good about this place which is a shame because it used to be such a wonderful campground and I used to look forward to coming here.
