This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company when you’re at the lowest point you would think the professionals would be able to help make it better but it seems like they are okay with dragging it out as long as possible. The process of demolition and rebuilding took almost 5 months for us to get back into our house where they still had to come in and touch up their work. Items from my house also seemed to grow legs and walk away. Honestly I don’t know what the alternative to them is but I would try to find it because they are not the best option.

After a ground-floor shower flooded all adjacent rooms, I contacted Service Pro. The owner, Pat, immediately responded in the middle of a Saturday and met me at my home. After taking measurements and photographs, he explain to me the concerns he had about what happened and the appropriate measures needed in order to make this part of my home safe again. He emailed me a hard copy of his assessment outlining the steps and the fee. Later that week, his technicians arrived on time and were very polite, courteous, and respectful. They explained to me what they were going to do and gave me their cell phone number if I needed to reach them. I am so grateful to Pat and his Service Pro technicians for making an unfortunate situation more bearable. I appreciate it knowing that this part of my home would be clean and safe.
