This amazing company was referred to me today! within hours Joel Williams was at my condo making an assessment and giving me an estimate. Left an industrial humidifier in my kitchen... steps would have started tomorrow but, having to make some arrangements, Joel worked with me...they are coming back Thursday as I asked. answered and eased all my concerns and questions! I can't recommend this group enough! they don't mess around... jump right in and gets the ball rolling! To say Joel Williams is a pleasure to work with is an understatement! I don't wish any water issues on anyone... but if you do...THESE are the people you want! The 2nd team came out this morning! Chris, William and Jesse! What, to my mind, is a disaster is being handled, quickly, professionally and calmly. I've never used Air BNB before and Chris even helped me with what was confusing me!! I think they may go through some kind of emotional support training. Chris answered all my questions, offered important things i would not have thought to ask...again, eased my concerns! Water damage is never fun but, trust me....these are your people!

Cindy, Joe, Chad, and Shawn were all very helpful and very professional! They ensured that my insurance actually didn't miss any coverage for existing damage and future damages. They also went to battle with manufacturing companies that sold us inferior product and materials then place blame elsewhere! I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family❣️

How quickly can someone come out to assist with the water damage in my home?

Our goal is to be on site in 30 minutes, at most 1 hour. It depends where your home is. We are located in Charlotte, NC, and can be in Cornelius, Huntersville, Mooresville, Gastonia, Belmont, Mt Holley within 30 minutes. Given our location, we can also be in Fort Mill, Tega Cay, Lake Wylie, and even Rock Hill South Carolina in less than 30 minutes. Call us and we can be more specific.

My washing machine overflowed a few weeks ago, I cleaned it up but now my hardwood floor is messed up. There was no issues with the floor initially after I cleaned up, does this mean there is water under my floor still?

Does your company work directly with home owners insurance if I want to file my damage through insurance?

Yes, we work directly with your insurance company for your water damage and/or mold remediation claim. Please be aware that most policies do not cover mold damage. The homeowner needs to ensure that they understand their coverage and what is included as a covered loss. Note that we are authorized and work directly with your insurance company and your insurance companies adjusters. We do not work with "third party assessors" whose job in our opinion is to delay payment, deny payment, and avoid fully reimbursing homeowners for covered losses. When these cases occur, we need the full engagement of the home owner/insured. We are an honest company that charges fair prices and does high quality work. For this reason, it is rare for us to have an issue with an insurance company fully reimbursing a covered loss. As it can happen, I want to answer your question thoroughly as the homeowner is ultimately responsible for paying for our services. Thank you!
