I needed a clasp changed on a gold necklace changed to a lobster clasp. I needed it done quickly for this was and is to be a gift. The staff there out a lobster clasp on in less than 15 minutes and the price was just right.

I had a negative experience, took my somewhat rare movado watch for a battery replacement, owner claims that the movement had froze, when I had just that day set the watch to an earlier hour. Now the guy started to get loud and my wife and kid were with me otherwise I would have done the exact same. I suggest to anyone taking their time pieces here to physically try to adjust their watches prior to dropping them off, my wife was witness to me setting the earlier time manually on the watch..I will just get the watch serviced by my expert jeweler...

I got a watch battery that lasts 5 years and they cleaned out the watch cavity of dust and dirt. In all it cost $25 for a 5 year battery.
Honestly I have no idea! I think they will work with you thou! They are reasonable and half different options as far as watch bands! Thats why I go to get my watch bands! Also if you go a certain amount of times they will give you a discount or something nice for shopping and buying stuff! Good people! If you trying to downsize a ring either downtown or there is another place in the Middle of the mall! Downstairs its a jewelry booth! Young guy name "Prince" can take care of it! He probably do it for free! He would put a piece of medal or whatever across the bottom part of the ring so it will fit snug! The booth is in front of Victoria Secret downstairs! Check him out 1st honestly
I'm not sure but I can bet they can take care of it by giving you the best options. Very pleased with their work.
