Dr. Tolwin is extremely competent and kind. I see him for RX meds so my experience may be different from those who go for therapy. He is eager to do phone conferences, especially during g Covid-19. It's extremely difficult to reach the office by phone,, so I e-mail the office and get prompt results. Lucy, who responds to e-mails is excellent and resolves problems promptly.

I’ve been very comfortable coming to Dr. Tolwin for many years I wouldn’t go anywhere else I listens when I need listening and he pauses and corrects me when I need correction. Straightforward guy, good guy, he keeps it Casual which I love.. And he always gives me a snack on the way out. Great doctor the waiting list might be a little long but call ahead and get an appointment

I've spoken to a representative from the office named Demonica (probably named for a reason because of her haughty attitude) and she was just very disrespectful over the phone. She sounded like she had no interest of even keeping a conversation regarding urgent matters and won't allow you to get a sentence in. The doctor himself does not answer or directs you to call the office, and when you do nobody picks up. I've worked in the pharmacy business for over 12 years and this is the first I came across such atrocious customer service. Highly recommend you to see a different doctor so you won't have to deal with poor customer service.

Horrible customer service. Every chance I get to call the office either nobody picks up or they do pick up but shuts the phone down on you quick. I spoke to Demonica because her phone number was listed as the second person to contact if this doctor was unavailable. She questions who gave us her personal number and was blatantly very disrespectful about it. She tells me to call the office and I tried to explain to her I have been trying to get a hold of them for the past four days and that nobody picks up and she answers with: "Can you call again this time." The person who picks up was Lucy and she seemed like she does not know what she is doing and asks Demonica who is beside her because I can hear her voice asking questions back and fourth. The doctor himself doesn't pick up phone calls and even mentions it on his voicemail. Overall, if I could give a zero rating I would. Terrible service and staff. Very unhappy with the service and highly recommend to go see a different doctor.
