I joined SixPax Gym because I was having a hard time finding the time and the motivation to get back in shape after Covid 19. SixPax Gym's 30 minute sessions were perfect for getting exercise back into my routine. Follow the diet, work hard, and naturally results will follow. The coaches here really care about your health. They will encourage you, but also push you to be the best. Will miss this gym!

I loved that the gym was outside, small and the classes were intimate. I could definitely tell I was getting stronger and toning up even if I never lost any pounds. The only con to the class is that they never switch anything up. All classes opened with hitting a tire and then we did the same exercises constantly without ever switching anything up for months. It became quite boring. But overall it is a great place to start your weight lifting journey! I did see several people lose lots of weight and all of the employees and trainers are super nice!

This gym and the community of people within it's walls are nothing short of extraordinary. I've been training since October and the transformation they talk about is all completely true. The trainers are fun to work with, the session meet you at your physical level and turn it up a notch, and the clientele is always there to cheer you on. The best part is they hold you accountable, and are always supportive, giving you the feeling you're in the right place.
