Staff are rude, I wanted to waah my hands before I eat, they say the restroom is out of order. As im eating I see an employee go to the restroom, there lazy and don't care about anything. Straight jerks!!!

The reason for not five stars is because their respect for others lies on the floor they walk on. I was there 10 minutes to 9pm last night (8:50pm) when supposed they close at 9 pm. They saw me pull up, and immediately they locked the door. Fortunately, they keep the drive/ thru open. I ordered a vanilla shake which came with whipped cream mixed in with some lint. I also bought 2 burgers and some fries. When I opened the bag there one one criss cut fry on top of the napkins followed by the burgers and the fries on the side, I tried the fry on top and tasted good although it had most likely fallen on floor because there was crunchy dirt and lint with it, and now in my mouth. I saw those people manning that place. I’m not going back there… a trio of Dolts,

This Carl's is pretty good. We had to go through the drive thru, which I don't like because the inside was closed. I consider that just lazy. But the food was very good, just as I expected. We love their burgers and fries. What I don't like is having to go through the bag to make sure you added the sauces you asked me if I wanted and I said yes. Now, that is not good so get it together. The food was hot and very good.

The afternoon crew were friendly and courteous. Only reason not 5 stars as the location wasn't in the cleanest areas. Homeless were in parking lot and tried coming in but the manager handled them with the utmost respect.
