We did a pickup order for breakfast. Nothing came with utensils—one would think that oatmeal would automatically get a spoon. When I asked for utensils, it seemed as though it was an inconvenience to the workers. I ordered the strawberry pecan brown sugar oatmeal. I received oatmeal with strawberries and blueberries in it; no pecans and no sugar. It was very bland and we didn’t like it. I also requested that our pecan braid be cut in half and it wasn’t. The two fruit cups we got were about 2/3 full, not packed like they usually are. Yes, we got our food, but no, it wasn’t great. I’ve been to lots of Paneras and this is the worst one I’ve been to.

Food is good. I would go back. The panera bread on parkside dr has a grouchy old lady in the prep area that hates her job and all she does is complain. This lady is a poor example of a human. I can't believe that Panera bread 😩 is in such poor shape that they can't find a replacement for her!!!!!

Can't really eat here, but my partner likes it. Everytime I've been in the store, it's always been clean, the lobby has been stocked, they seem to be working effectively, and online orders always seem to he on time (as someone who works in the food industry, I was pleased to see how well it was). The inside is also just pleasant and their coffee is pretty good.

Lot of toppings sausage pepperoni. Only thing not much distinction of the toppings pretty bland. And sauce tast like tomato soup. Gave it a try though. Will just stick to broccoli and cheddar and take it home so I can add my pickled jalapeños to make it taste so good.
