Really neat place. I love the decor and uniforms, really makes for a unique experience. I got a cookies and cream milkshake and it was wonderful. One of the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve tried quite a few). There were so many things I wanted to try so I can’t wait to come back next time I’m in Knoxville, TN!

The ladies working were super nice on Tuesday afternoon when my brother and I came! We were the only ones in the store, so I guess all the attention was on us, haha! The ladies working offered samples and answered all questions we had. My brother got the s’mores churn, which tasted fine at first, but the crushed graham crackers gave it an odd texture like sand or sawdust. However, the flavors were SPOT ON to a s’mores! One of the ladies working described their cookie dough bowls and I knew that’s what I would be getting. So I got a cookie dough bowl with sweet cream ice cream on top. The sign at the counter said that cookie dough bowls were $2 so I wasn’t 100% sure if that was the ice cream included. But as expected, the ice cream was an additional charge. This isn’t a huge deal for me cause I understand that Cruze Farm can be a bit pricey, but it was worth EVERY PENNY!!! Too bad the cookie dough bowl is only for the month of January cause it was a 10000/10!! The place was overall SUPER clean and relaxed! I need to start going when the crowds aren’t there, haha!

It is INCREDIBLE how much flavor is in their ice cream especially given the fact that it is soft serve. The first flavor I tried was sugar cookie dough so I was expecting hard ice cream with chunks in it. I was a bit surprised and curious how it was going to taste when I was handed a soft serve cone. After the first lick, I was made an immediate fan. Cruze’s creations are delicious and unique. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is fun and bright. It is now a must-go for us whenever we visit Knoxville.

Local ice cream place with various flavors from local dairy farms. Ice cream is not the scoop out the container type but the soft serve type from the pull down lever machine. As far as soft serve it was good(creamy), nothing extraordinary, What is unique the different flavors of soft serve ice cream ice cream: coffee, chocolate twist, etc. You can put various toppings in the ice cream: chocolate chip, cookie dough, whipped cream, sprinkles, etc. The lines may seem long but it moves quickly. I really like the bright decor, The photos of the local dairy farm. Employees wearing the same bright red uniforms created an experience of an ice cream parlor of the past with a modern experience/twist. Overall, it was a great experience.

Hi Judy, here is a list of all stores that sell our milk: http://www.cruzefarm.com/find-milk
A 'Calf' size is $3
All employees wear masks and customers are required to wear masks as well. They are also encouraged to stand 6ft a part. The waiting area does sometimes get crowded at peak times. You can also buy pints of ice cream and skip the waiting. The bathrooms are closed to the public for now as well.
I'm not sure. I would recommend calling or maybe check the website for a careers section? Sorry couldn't be of more help.
