I did door dash and got the voodoo fries and a 8 piece boneless meal. I got my food. Wrong fries. Super cold. The wings looked like they had been thrown into the box and not mixed. Sauce was just on top. The wings were also cold. Not sure if it was cause of doordash or the fact that they serve cold food. I called to see if I could get a refund only to hear the order to go person having her own conversation with another employee about to go on break instead of focusing on talking with me and finishing her conversation after. Super disappointed in this food and place to eat. Always wanted to try here, but now I know it is a waste of money.

I honestly wouldn't suggest this Wingstop unless you're just really that hungry, every single time I walk in there I order basic meals like 6pcs and have to wait 10 plus minutes for them to have my food ready just to have dry wings with barely any sauce just slipped together because the lazy workers wanted to get it done fast, and on top of that as I'm waiting I hear the employees talking to a customer (Possibly a friend or a regular customer) about how one employee just walked out on his shift and still returned days to weeks later still on the schedule. Just know these are the type of employees that are taking your order and making your food.

This is the absolute worst customer service of any place I've ever been. Employees are more interested in each other than customers. Food takes forever to get ready. Be ready to wait 20 or 30 minutes after you order. I hadn't been there in over a year and thought surely they have gotten better.... If anything they are worse. Want to order on line for delivery? At least an hour before you get your food. They treat delivery drivers worse than regular customers.

So my chicken was fresh which is the only reason I didn't call and complain. However, I ordered lemon pepper and got parmesan. And they have went up in pricing for a 10 piece, celery and a dipping sauce it was almost $17 bucks
