They cook your food fresh when you order it. I always use the app and show up about 15 minutes after I order. I would much rather wait for fresh than get it quick and have it dry from sitting.
Their customer service is horrible! I've never had a decent experience with them. And their food is blah at best. You'd do better going to Food City and doing your own wings. The staff is awful... The service is worse...
