This place is great! Can’t believe we just found out about it. Wonderful place to take kids for some swimming in a pretty chill atmosphere.

Fun place to take little kids and older kids that love the beach sand is very clean and so is the water it's like a little man made lake

Great place to bring the kids and toddlers. $2/ kid$ seniors and $4/ adult. Kids under 1 are free. The water is shallow and there are always 3-4 life guards on duty. If the kids pass a swim test they can swim in the deep area and out to the dock. You have to be in the Water with your kids under 7 at all times. This is a man made lagoon and I’m pretty sure they treat the water with chemicals, cuz it smells like it. Beautiful trees in the back and wild turkeys come to drink in the late afternoon. Lovely place. You can bring food and set up for a day at the lagoon. They do have picnic tables and a grass area, but they remain in the sun until late afternoon. Bathrooms are clean and they have showers available. You can bring your own canopy and set up right at the waters edge. They also have a few bbq, first come first serve. I took one star off because they are a bit rude when it comes to closing time. I was in the shower with my kids and one of the rangers ( a man) stood at the bathroom entrance and kept counting down the time. It was totally inappropriate because we had little privacy. He could easily see into the showers and changing area and I felt really uncomfortable. He could have just waited outside the bathroom and yelled 10 minutes left and everyone inside would have heard it. Super creep.

Oh yes they have them at the lifeguard chair atea . For free
Adult are $3.50 and child 1year and older $2.50
I think they just block off a section, if I remember correctly but not positive.
My family went there 2 weeks ago to check the place. It was not yet opened and it doesn't have any posting or info as to when it will open.
Whenever I go the lagoon opens at 11am. If it's a weekend you probably want to get there early to get a spot, otherwise it doesn't really matter
Yes they are. This is June 2021
Yes there are a couple BBQs inside the Lagoon like three or four tables with BBQs in the grass area . you'd have to get there right when they open I'm sure to get those if not even reserve them. might want to call.
I havent been therw this year, best thing is to check there website or call
Okay Cull Cannon is a very nice Lagoon . You have to pay to get into the swim Lagoon . Outside the swim Lagoon as there are a few barbecue and picnic areas without going into the paid park , swim area. the parking is free.
Yep , bring your sandwiches and snacks . They have a couple of vending machines only right now. Coolers are allowed, no bottles of course .
Yes
$2.50 Kids $3.50 Adults
After you park go over the small bridge and then your left you will see an entrance. Thats where you pay as well.
they will adjust the price based on how many attendees you have. it isn't a fixed thing, so try to haggle if you have the energy
Its $3 per person to get in the water but if you stay outside by the grills you pay nothing. Parking is also free.
